1. Is there a specific way I should apply the crèmes?

There is much debate about the safety of many sunscreens. Franca Organics face care products are formulated to benefit the skin, rejuvenate and revitalize its function and promote a healthy and youthful appearance. In compliance with that commitment, we do not include an SPF in our products.

3. Can I use the crèmes on places other than my face and neck?
Absolutely! Although they have been specially formulated to penetrate the more complex skin type found on the face, the Moisturizer and Serum are highly beneficial and effective anywhere you use them on your body. They can be used to diminish the appearance of discolorations, blotchiness, sun or age spots as well as to supplement the skin’s moisture level to intensely hydrate the whole body, including the hands, feet and elbows.

4. Are the crèmes suitable for all skin types?
Absolutely! They benefit all skin types as they regulate Ph levels and stabilize the balance between oily and dry skin. The cellular repair process helps overactive sebum production that causes oily skin.

Definitely, our products are extremely safe and gentle. They will hydrate and protect the delicate area around the eyes, diminish fine lines and prevent them from reappearing.

9. Are Franca Organics packaging policies environmentally friendly?
Franca Organics' standard practice is to use enviro-liquids, UV inks and recycled paper stock for all our printing projects. While complex to use, UV inks have environmental and quality benefits that far outweigh any challenges. They do not release volatile emissions into the air and any waste, unused ink or coating is subsequently remanufactured into black ink. With conventional inks, as much as 40 percent of the liquid can evaporate into the atmosphere. (We thank our printer for this information. Our job was to seek it out and commit to this higher standard practice.)

5. What does 'Certified Vegan' mean?
The Vegan Certification Trademark assures third-party verification that guarantees each product is strictly vegan, is not tested on animals, does not contain animal ingredients or animal by-products, and does not employ animal ingredients or by-products in the manufacturing process.

6. Can these products be used while taking prescription medication?
We always recommend that you consult with your physician before combining any over-the-counter product with prescription medication. Our ingredients are listed on the back label of all our products, on the packaging, as well as the expanded version that accompanies each product’s ingredient list on our website.

Our printer is recognized as an industry leader in environmental practices and one of the first commercial printers in Canada to obtain the FSC (www.fsc.org.) chain of custody certification recognizing their contribution to responsible forestry management so clients like us can be confident the environmentally friendly paper products they choose come with the FSC stamp of approval.
Our tubes and lids are made from completely recyclable LDPE #4 plastic.

We use Certified Organic Essential Oils chosen for their individual skin care benefits to scent our products. There are no synthetic fragrances in any of our products. The list of oils and their properties can be found in the ingredient list for each product.
