Return Policy
Franca Organics Ltd. will only accept returns on items purchased directly through us by phone or through our webstore. We cannot accept returns for purchases of our product from other locations. Please return at least 3/4 of unused product within 30 days to Franca Organics Ltd. with a receipt, order number and the reason for return. Please note that we are unable to accept used skincare products after that period. We will only accept returns if the item is damaged or defective and will gladly replace it immediately.
